Brief Biodata

Ms Sukanya Singha is Assistant Professor at the Law Centre-I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Before joining the University of Delhi, she has worked as Assistant Professor with Symbiosis Law School, Noida. She has taught as a guest faculty member in the Law Centre-II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She is pursuing her PhD from the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia. Her areas of interest are Criminal Law, Human Rights and also Labour Laws. She was also engaged as a researcher for a project on ‘Transparency Audit of Public Institutions’ taken up by the Indian Law Institute and instituted by the Central Information Commission, New Delhi from January 2017 to July 2017. To her credit, she has articles published in journals and books. She has also been publishing editorial articles in newspapers and online portals such as Livelaw, The Better India etc.
