National Seminar on Law of Environment, Administration and Development (LEAD) 2020

Law Centre - I firmly believes in the fundamental duty enshrined under Article 51 A (g) of the Constitution i.e. it shall be the duty of every citizen of India to protect and improve the natural environment including forests, lakes, rivers and wildlife and to have compassion for living creatures., and is mindful of the fact that it is our small initiatives which will help us attain the larger objective of environmental protection. The Centre follows a strict policy of not using plastic bottles during various programmes organized in our centre as well as conduct plantation drives on special occasions. In line with the above-mentioned belief and commitment, to propagate and discuss the challenges in the implementation of the principle of Sustainable Development, Law Centre - I in association with Indian Law Institute, New Delhi organized a National Seminar on “Laws of Environment: Administration & Development (LEAD) 2020” on 12 February 2020.
