Brief Biodata

Dr. K. Ratnabali has been teaching Law in Law Centre-I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi for more than sixteen years. She was awarded LL.B (CLC), LL.M and Ph.D Degrees by University of Delhi. Before joining the Centre, she has interned with State Human Rights Commission, Manipur and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), New Delhi. She has publications in diverse fields which includes Internally Displaced Persons and their issues, International Humanitarian Law, Development and Conflict with Land Rights of the Tribal, etc. She has also taken up several administrative assignments given by the University of Delhi along with teaching, from time to time, in the capacity of Deputy-Dean (Legal Affairs) (2015-2018), Deputy-Dean (Planning & Coordination) (currently) etc. She has successfully organized several academic enrichment programmes, such as Seminar Week on Law and Technology (inaugurated by the then Minister of Law and Valedictory by Dr. Abdul Kalam, Former President of India), International Conference on International Trade Law in collaboration with Centre for WTO Studies, IIFT (wherein several imminent personalities had participated and contributed, such as Prof. Peter Van den Bossche, Former Member, Appellate Body, WTO, Prof. Robert Howse, New York University, etc.)
